We provide automated legal notice generation services based on DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our platform uses artificial intelligence to draft legal notices for flight-related compensation claims.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the legal notices they send. By using AirGuard AI, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided
- You are responsible for the legal notices generated and sent through our platform
- You understand that AirGuard AI is a technology tool and does not provide legal advice

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for airline responses. AirGuard AI provides technology services for generating and sending legal notices. We do not guarantee:
- That airlines will respond to your legal notices
- That you will receive compensation from airlines
- The outcome of any legal proceedings or negotiations
- The accuracy of airline responses or their compliance with regulations
AirGuard AI, NeuraSight AI, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our service or the actions of third parties (including airlines).
