We are not liable for airline responses. AirGuard AI provides technology services for generating and sending legal notices. We do not guarantee:

• That airlines will respond to your legal notices
• That you will receive compensation from airlines
• The outcome of any legal proceedings or negotiations
• The accuracy of airline responses or their compliance with regulations

AirGuard AI, NeuraSight AI, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our service or the actions of third parties (including airlines).
